I specialize in intellectual property litigation and commercial litigation.  My practice also focuses upon trademark enforcement, clearance, counseling, and domestic and international prosecution, copyright prosecution and counseling, and internet domain name disputes.. I have managed all aspects of litigation, including having argued motions before state and federal courts. I am experienced in drafting complaints, settlement agreements, discovery requests/responses, motions for summary judgment, motions to compel, motions to dismiss, motions for preliminary injunction motions, and mediation briefs. I have also taken and defended depositions, and managed the production and review of document productions. My experience with trademark litigation include Trademark Trial and Appeal Board opposition and cancellation proceedings, UDRP proceedings, and foreign opposition proceedings and litigation.
