I have been advising and defending employers in California employment law matters for over 20 years. I counsel human resources and operations professionals on the legal aspects of employment policies and provide advice, training and investigations. Before my solo practice, I served an expert advisor and as senior in-house employment counsel for two Fortune 500 companies as well as an international business based in Switzerland. I also spent eight years at three different large California law firms.
