Pete Thomas is a trial attorney specializing in civil and commercial litigation.  Pete has been selected as a Colorado Super Lawyer, a distinction extended to only the top 5 percent of all attorneys. Pete represents clients throughout Colorado and the United States, having litigated cases against some of the largest law firms and largest corporations in the country.  His most recent victory involved a nearly $10,000, jury verdict in a construction defect case against a large residential developer..
