My practice includes handling construction defect, delay and disruption, acceleration, Miller Act, and warranty disputes. I have litigated claims involving the design and construction of hospitals, restaurants, apartment complexes, public spaces, solids-handling facilities, federal construction projects, and multi-family residential communities.. I also have significant experience litigating business disputes unrelated to construction.. I have successfully tried cases in state and federal courts, including the United States Court of Federal Claims and the ICC International Court of Arbitration..
