We understand that success comes in many forms and that there is no set formula for the prosecution or defense of a civil lawsuit. While the Firm is prepared and qualified to handle cases through trial and appeal, it is also skilled at achieving our clients’ goals prior to verdict through success in pre-trial hearings, dispositive motions practice, arbitrations, and mediations.
