Eric grew up around the real estate and construction industry and understands the expectations of clients and their businesses.. Eric’s knowledge of real estate covers everything from purchase and sale contracts to title review due diligence, nontraditional financing, neighbor disputes, landlord-tenant issues and agreements, commercial and residential leasing, land use, and water rights. He understands the construction process and has successfully mediated both real estate and construction matters, negotiating contracts and resolving disputes before they turn into litigation.. Eric has litigated extensively in both state and federal courts in Colorado, Arizona, and Washington. Eric started his legal career in 2010 in Scottsdale, Arizona before relocating to Seattle, Washington in 2012, and eventually returning to Colorado in 2016. Originally from Telluride, he is passionate about serving Colorado. Eric is an avid skier, aspiring mountain biker, and fly fisher.
