Holly Baer Kammerer focuses her practice on personal injury and commercial litigation. After moving to Colorado from Washington, D.C., she has practiced in the areas of personal injury, products liability, family law, collections, insurance, mass tort, recreational vehicle, equine and appeals. Ms. Kammerer joined Burg Simpson in 1996 and became a shareholder of the firm in 1999. Ms. Kammerer has successfully tried numerous cases to a jury in personal injury matters and business disputes. She has multiple million dollar jury verdicts and settlements including a $2.5 million jury verdict in a personal injury case in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.. Ms. Kammerer is the senior female shareholder of the firm and for more than a decade has developed and managed the firm's large multi-state single event personal injury department.
