Personal Experience. Mr. Wells has been litigating cases in Colorado courts going on 15 years. He has handled various matters from domestic relations cases from the simple to the complex financial and custody issues (including parental alienation/estrangement) to civil actions (commercial, real estate, title insurance defense etc). Mr. Wells handles appellate matters and has successfully challenged trial court rulings in appellate courts. Mr. Wells’ litigation training began as a law intern to Judge Angela Arkin during the Fall of 2003. Mr. Wells has received referrals from friends, colleagues, opposing counsel, opposing parties and family members of opposing parties.. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Wells volunteers his time in community leadership roles. He is a past commissioner on the Town of Castle Rock Public Works Commission where he participated with other commissioners in making capital improvement recommendations to the town council..
