Michael A. Rollin is a founding partner of Rollin Braswell Fisher LLC (RBF Law), a civil and complex commercial litigation firm in Greenwood Village, Colorado. He focuses his trial practice on high-stakes matters involving a variety of business industries and has vast experience in financial services litigation. For over a decade, Michael has served as lead counsel to some of the nation’s largest capital markets participants in matters involving residential mortgage backed securities (RMBS), financial products, and the secondary mortgage market. He has been at the center of some of the biggest financial services cases stemming from 2008 U.S. mortgage collapse. Outside of litigation, he serves as a legal advisor to sophisticated in-house counsel with businesses of all sizes and a FINRA securities dispute arbitrator.. Prior to attending law school, Michael was a combat medic and a metro area police officer and police sergeant. He began his legal career at the prestigious law firm, Arnold & Porter and was later a partner at both Reilly Pozner LLP and Jones & Keller. In 2015, he opened his own firm, RBF Law, which strives to redesign the business of law through transformative structural efficiencies, all without compromising exceedingly high standards for the practice of law.
