Michael is an experienced labor and employment litigation attorney with over 15 years of litigation experience. Michael has devoted his entire practice to the area of employment law including litigation of wrongful termination claims; Family Medical Leave Act ("FMLA") violations; all forms of employment discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA") on the basis of race, sexual harassment, religion, color, national origin, gender, age, and retaliation.. Michael McMinn has gained significant trial and litigation experience, working with a national, well-known insurance carrier. Michael graduated at the top of his class, cum laude from Southern Connecticut State University in 2001, and also finished in the top 10% of his class from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2004. Michael is licensed to practice law in the State of Connecticut and New York, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut; the District Court for the Southern District of New York; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit..
