After graduating from Stetson University Law School in 1994, and working for a personal injury litigation firm for 2 years, I founded Andrew Stinnette P.A. It is hard to believe that over 23 years have passed since that first job as a law clerk with a personal injury firm.. During that time I have witnessed many changes in the law and in the way that personal injury cases are presented to juries and insurance companies. I have participated in countless lawsuits and I have been the lead attorney for many jury trials in the Tampa Bay area and other parts of Florida. Suprisingly many attorneys have never conducted a trial during their entire careers.. In addition I have become knowledgeable about many aspects of the care and treatment of accident related injuries, working with some of the best physicians and experts available in the areas of; personal injury, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, whiplash, slip and fall accidents, trucking accidents, drunk driving accidents, and other accident cases.. Most importantly I have determined that all persons that have sustained injuries as a result of negligence deserve the personal attention of their lawyer. The very large advertising firms often do not deliver this fundamental promise.. That is why at Andrew Stinnette P.A. your case is always handled directly by the attorney.
