Smaller healthcare practices and businesses are extremely vulnerable to constantly evolving healthcare regulations. Unlike large practices and business that typically have in-house legal counsel, smaller practices need consistency and dependability in legal representation for continued viability . Healthcare audits are a part of everyday business activity, it's not if, but when your business will be audited. So preparation and representation is key. I partner with smaller practices and businesses to provide experienced, efficient and responsive legal representation.. I am experienced in representing a range of practices and businesses such as Primary Care practices, physician practices, detox and substance use facilities, mental health health practices, nurse registries, toxicology laboratories and other healthcare related businsses.
