In his earlier career, he was the senior in-house litigator for a major cruise line. Having worked on both sides of these claims gives attorney Probst a unique advantage when representing accident victims in personal injury claims. Mr. Probst developed the in-house litigation department for Norwegian Cruise Lines and ran it for ten years. Attorney Probst currently serves on the Admiralty Law Committee of the Florida Bar.. After graduating from law school he worked for the State Attorney’s office as a prosecutor. Attorney Probst changed his focus to maritime defense, which led to his tenure at Norwegian Cruise Lines. After his time at Norwegian, he began representing plaintiffs in maritime and land-based personal injury suits.
