Baez, Jr. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Báez was a Senior Drill Sergeant in the United States Army and was attached to the 1/501st Airborne Infantry Unit. As a result, Mr. Báez is uniquely qualified to handle criminal law cases and cases that are too tough for other lawyers to handle.. Mr. Báez has conducted hundreds of criminal cases, from the pre-trial to pleadings, MTR's and trials. He has obtained hundreds of not guilty for his clients and will continue to fight for the rights of the unfortunate. Under his direction, The Law Offices of Edgardo R. Baez, Jr now focuses on defending those who have been wrongfully accused to better serve our San Antonio community, and Texas in general.. Mr. Báez enjoys mentoring people and families. He believes that with God, everything is possible. He is married and has four children and one grandchild. He was a Pastor at mutiple churches and has attended the South Western Baptist Theological Seminary and Liberty University where he obtained his MDiv and PhD.
