Mr. Moeser represents clients in state and federal courts throughout Georgia at both the trial and appellate court levels. He also has significant experience with alternative forms of dispute resolution.. Before joining Caldwell, Carlson, Elliott & DeLoach, LLP, Mr. Moeser was a litigator at a large international law firm for nearly ten years. He also served as a law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge William T. Moore, Jr., in Savannah, Georgia for two years.. Mr. Moeser attended the College of William & Mary, where he graduated in 1995. He graduated from Mercer University Law School, cum laude, in 1998. He was a member of the Mercer Law Review while in law school.
