They are still the absolute worst place to deliver , the only people that were nice was guard shack. Lady in receiving office was rude. No other place takes this long to unload and give you the paperwork. But it’s been this way for years so why would they try to be better now.
Capstone brings down the quality of everywhere they go. They take forever unloading and take forever with your paperwork but will call you and send you 5 messages when they want their money. These people are a cancer in the trucking industry.
