The firm's concentration has predominantly focused on assisting small businesses and individuals with various aspects of contract law. Specifically, the firm has helped clients with all manners of transactions including the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate as well as contract formation, negotiation, litigation and a whole host of related services. Scott has taken extraordinary pride in helping new business ventures get started and in helping current businesses to prosper.
