I have been an attorney serving injured people throughout Indiana for more than 30 years.  Whether those injuries were caused by the carelessness of a medical provider, motor vehicle operator, land owner, dog owner or other negligent party, I have worked diligently to represent my clients' best interests.  Unfortunately, sometimes the careless acts of another resulted in a person's death; and though I could never adequately right such a wrong, it has been my humble honor to make a positive difference in the lives of the surviving spouses, parents and children who lost a loved one in the many wrongful death claims I have handled.. I also represent and serve as general counsel for a few small business clients, as well.  These representations have included buying and selling businesses, starting businesses, developing business practices and policies, maintaining business record books, dealing with basic Department of Labor matters, and business succession planning.. Through the aforementioned aspects of my practice, I have developed relationships that have led to my advising clients and preparing estate planning materials such as Wills, Living Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Healthcare Represestative documentation.. I have been married for 31 years to the same wonderful woman.  We have been blessed with a son who is currently in college at Marian University.  We enjoy watching sports and movies, and playing golf as a family.  We have lived in Hendricks County for 23 years.  I relocated my firm office from downtown Indianapolis to the Avon/Danville area in 2020.  I have been in practice with my current law partner, Terry Sorg, since 1998..
