I am an experienced attorney, admitted to the Illinois bar in 1976. I have argued cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and the Illinois Circuit Courts of Appeal.. I have dedicated my career to helping the average working person, representing hundreds of clients with serious credit problems with bankruptcy proceedings or other appropriate solutions to their difficulties. I pride myself in fighting hard for my clients, leading the charge against irresponsible creditors who try to violate people’s rights after a legal stay has been entered. Representing tenants in disputes with landlords is another specialty of mine. In addition, since 1986 my law practice has included employment law, civil rights and estate planning services in cooperation with Consolidated Legal Concepts.. In addition to English, I am fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and Polish.. Education:  Elmhurst College; BA in Mathematics – June 1970.
