Jim's practice concentrates in the areas of casualty defense, municipal liability, insurance coverage, appellate, and professional liability defense litigation. For several years, he authored a bi-monthly column on legal issues for the trade publication, Appliance, a magazine with a worldwide circulation of 35,000. Jim also co-authored the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education chapter on fire and explosion liability in its Premises Liability edition. His experience and achievements include:.
