Practice is concentrated in Local Government Law/Municipal Law, including representation of dozens of Public Libraries.  He has experience with a wide range of municipal law issues including public finances, multi-million dollar capital improvement projects, Open Meetings Act, Freedom of Information Act and personnel.  He has eminent domain experience representing both units of local government and private property owners.  He has experience in both commercial and residential real estate and he represents a number of business entities as General Counsel.. Represented County of DuPage as a Special Assistant State’s   Attorney (civil matters).. Served as General Counsel for the DuPage County Bar Association.. Serves on the Judiciary Committee of the DuPage County Bar Association.. Serves as Arbitrator for the Circuit Court of DuPage County.. Served as Director and Officer of B.R. Ryall YMCA, Glen Ellyn, Illinois including Board President.. Provides services pro bono for several non-profit organizations, including B.R. Ryall YMCA..
