My law practice focuses broadly on trust and estate matters in both the planning and administration stages.  My practice includes income tax, in addition to, transfer tax planning.  I represent corporate and individual fiduciaries outside of court and also before the court for various matters including petitions for instruction, modifications, approval of accounts or termination and discharge.  I also represent beneficiaries of trusts or estates to assert beneficial interests in property and damages for breaches of trust.  I represent petitioners in guardianship proceedings to obtain court authority to help an incapacitated person.  I am licensed to practice law in both Indiana and Ohio and before the United States Tax Court.  I am board certified as an Indiana trust and estate lawyer by the Trust and Estate Specialty Board.  I am AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.. I have extensive accounting and tax background from my education and work experience more than a dozen years before I became a licensed attorney.  A natural progression of my passion for problem solving continues today in helping individuals plan their estates, helping with administration issues and effectively avoiding (or efficiently resolving) disputes or disagreements along the way.
