Brian's real estate practice also includes public housing and the development of mixed finance affordable housing and local government law. Brian's firm is an agent of the Attorneys Title Guarantee Fund and he has personally acted as title agent on numerous transactions and has issued many real estate title commitments and title policies as a title agent. He has an extensive practice assisting landlords with leasing and evictions. Brian also represents condominium and homeowners associations.
