Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, he grew up in the suburb of Metairie and graduated from Nicholls State University. After working in radio and television, he attended Loyola School of Law in New Orleans. Upon passing the Louisiana bar, he established a private practice specializing in corporate law, collections, and consumer rights. He later became a partner at Naccari, Deas and Pugh, representing notable clients such as a prominent sports franchise-owning family and major hospitals and clinics in the New Orleans area. Jason has also taught health care privacy law, collections, and risk management. His global charity work earned him knighthoods from the Roman Catholic Church and the Imperial Family of Vietnam. He is actively involved in his church, its music ministry and religious instruction. Additionally, he holds various belts in three martial arts and performs as a baritenor soloist in the New Orleans area.
