Mr. Leone received his B.A. in economics from Brandeis University in 1983, cum laude; his J.D., with honors, from the George Washington University in 1986; and his LL.M. in taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1993.. Mr. Leone is admitted to practice law in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia and Florida. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, the Maryland State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
