Mr. Dwork is a former Assistant District Attorney for Middlesex County, Massachusetts. He was a law clerk (1978-79) to the Honorable Frank J. Kennison, Chief Justice, New Hampshire Supreme Court. He also served as a teaching fellow at Boston College Law School (1979-80).. Mr. Dwork graduated magna cum laude from Boston University Law School (1977). Mr. Dwork has published numerous articles and is an accomplished lecturer on civil litigation matters, particularly traumatic brain injury. He is very active with the Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts, where he serves as their legal counsel and is a past President. He is also a member of the National Brain Injury Association.
