I miss the old Mercy. I waited for over 4 hrs for updates on my mom in post op. Each hour I walked to the nurses station and got different answers. None satisfying and each passing hour it became clear that their process has no advocate or champion for the patient or their family. This place is like a ghost town of forgotten toys.
Had a visit yesterday for follow up CT, everyone was friendly, attentive and curtious. The cafateria was really good. We had breakfast, bacon sausage eggs potatoes& strawberry loaded yogurt 7$, unbeatable. The CT tech was very cool, the …
I have been in way too many hospitals. No matter how brief the stay, I have generally run into staff that were not the best. I went in for a procedure and ended up having to stay the night. Every person who cared for me was great. They paid attention and took care of whatever needed to be done. They all went above and beyond.
