I am the son of a probate judge and have been practicing in this area my entire career. I listen to my clients and I'm not afraid of trials. Whether dealing with a step parent or an estranged sibling, the issues involved in trust and estate litigation are often about the emotional difficulties of dealing with family (and sometimes strangers) as well as the economics.
