The Law Offices of Paul G. Vick opened in June 1995. The firm is dedicated to the representation of small businesses and individuals, primarily in the areas of litigation and organization. In addition, the firm actively practices in the areas of mediation and alternate dispute resolution. The firm, when feasible, handles cases for those businesses and individuals where hourly billing is not practical. Many small businesses and individuals simply can not absorb the cost of hourly rates in order to pursue valid claims against larger and more financially empowered entities. It is these clients, as well as those which are retained on an hourly basis, that the firm has attracted since its inception, and with a great degree of success.
