Great location for Detroit downtown returns, amazon returns, or if you want to send or receive mail. Only reason why I gave it four stars, because the parking is very tricky
The manager was actually closing up but he let me in to make a last minute copy of a document I needed. He didn’t have to do that & most places wouldn’t have. Excellent customer service
The cashier was handling a technical issue, but she greeted me and assured me that her colleague will come shortly to help me.
They both were very kind during my transaction. I highly recommend this location in the heart of Downtown Detroit.
