I am a partner with Waun & Parillo, PLLC in Grand Blanc, Michigan, and devote my practice to wide-ranging matters involving business law and estate planning.In the business arena, I have extensive experience representing clients across a broad array of issues, including formation of business entities; real property acquisition, divestiture, and leasing; purchase and sale of businesses, succession planning; commercial contracts and transactions; and for-profit and non-profit corporate issues. I also provide comprehensive and highly personalized estate planning counsel to individuals and families regarding wills and trusts, gift and estate tax planning, probate and trust administration. I am especially adept at helping affluent families navigate their unique planning challenges, and take a team approach to fully addressing clients’ interests and needs, collaborating with financial advisors, certified public accountants, and insurance professionals. On various occasions, I have obtained favorable IRS Private Letter Rulings for clients with challenging taxation issues and disputes.I frequently lecture on estate planning issues and have presented to and on behalf of banks, insurance companies, and financial advisors, and investment firms.

Go see this attorney if you want to make sure your final wishes aren’t met. My father’s final wishes were never met due to this woman. She will not lead you the right way. She’s lazy and clearly doesn’t put the effort in behind her work.
