A trial attorney for more than 35 years, Paul Otten limits his practice to the area of personal injury. He represents individuals and families who have suffered a significant personal injury or the loss of a loved one; including those involved in automobile collisions, work related accidents, slip and fall cases and dog attacks. Otten has achieved major awards for his personal injury clients, both through negotiated settlements and jury trials. Otten received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minn. Earlier he received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota. He speaks regularly at professional seminars and continuing legal education programs for attorneys. He has gained considerable professional recognition, including his selection by his peers as a Leading American Attorney. He has been named an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and an Arbitrator approved by the Minnesota Supreme Court. Martindale-Hubbell awarded Otten its highest in professional associations.
