Paul Goeke is licensed to practice in State and Federal Court. He is a Board Certified Criminal Law Specialist. To achieve this qualification, a lawyer must devote a significant part of his practice to Criminal Law for a minimum of five (5) years and then pass a special law examination on Texas Criminal Law. Mr Goeke's law career has been ENTIRELY devoted to criminal law. Having begun his career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Bexar County District Attorney's Office, he has experience "on both sides of the docket".
