I have been practicing law for 20+ years and litigated over 75 cases involving wills & trusts, real estate matters, business and tax disputes. My office has handled hundreds of probates and prepared over hundreds of different kinds of trusts. I have a specialty in tax law (L.L.M.). The best part of what I do is working with people and providing solutions to those in need. Usually by the time people come to me, a legal crisis has already happened and they need direction, a road map and somebody to help get them there without breaking their bank. They need a loyal advocate, a person who can shoot straight and give them easy-to-understand answers without legalese or legal arrogance. I am that person. I have seen the inside of more courtrooms than I care to count. And I strongly believe that litigation makes an attorney better equipped to handle transaction on behalf of his or her client.
