Injuries can change your life permanently or temporarily. When people drive drunk, or are careless and they injure another person, something should be done. Insurance companies are supposed to help, but they are not interested in helping the injured person. Insurance companies know how to fight and know how to take advantage of innocent victims of car accidents.. I want to even the playing field. I want to help those who are the innocent injured victims of drunk drivers or careless drivers. I have been beating the insurance companies for 20 years. This has been my specialty for 20 years. I know how to win. Call me for free to talk about your case.. David was appointed as a Pro Tem Judge by the Oregon Supreme Court over 10 years ago. He is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Jackson County Bar Association, the Federal District Courts, and because of his large settlements and some of the largest verdicts in Oregon, he was recently inducted into the Million Dollar and Multi Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
