Scott A. Carta is an associate with the firm of Leighton, Katz & Drapeau with a principal office in Rockville, Connecticut. Town of Hamden: A Clarifying Decision in Heart and Hypertension Law,” which can be found in the Early Fall, 2011 Edition of the Compensation Quarterly. He is also on the Editorial Board of the Compensation Quarterly.. Mr. Carta received his B.A. from the University of Connecticut in 1996 and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut, School of Law in 1999. He was admitted to practice of law in the State of Connecticut in 1999.
