Gerald H. Clark is Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by less than 2% of New Jersey attorneys. He played a key role in bringing about the settlement of an unprecedented consumer fraud class action lawsuit against Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, a settlement which is valued between $1 billion and $3 billion to consumers..
