My securities practice includes private offerings and advising individuals and privately held companies regarding compliance with federal and state securities laws.. Prior to founding Stanley, Esrey & Buckley, LLP, I was a partner in a prominent regional firm specializing in corporate, securities and real estate transactions, and corporate counsel for a privately-held multi-national corporation..
