For more than 30 years I have advised clients regarding labor and employment law and employee rights, representing executives, hourly, salaried, public and private employees.  I have also worked for public and private corporations, for profit and not for profit.. I have successfully litigated before many state and federal trial courts, and performed appellate work in all Tennessee courts of appeal and before the Tennessee Supreme Court.  Likewise, I have successfully practiced in the federal trial and appellate court system, including the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Virginia, and the United States Supreme Court.  I have also successfully practiced before a number of administrative bodies including the National Labor Relations Board,  the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the United States Department of Labor, the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development, and the Tennessee Human Rights Commission..
