His lectures are on the topics of elder law, Medicaid planning, probate, general estate planning, and special needs planning.. In 2013 and 2014, Mr. Joswick was recognized as one of the State of Michigan’s outstanding young lawyers in the areas of Estate Planning & Probate with a “Rising Star” designation by Michigan Super Lawyers magazine.
