He serves the Wisconsin State Bar as a member of the Fee Arbitration Panel. Mr. Kopp is also the Chairman of the City of Janesville Police and Fire Commission and is a Meals on Wheels volunteer. He is active in his church as an usher, greeter, the current Chairman of the Church Council and was previously a volunteer for the Jefferson Elementary School Breakfast Club. Mr. Kopp is also proud to be on the Board of Directors for the Mercy Health System, Rock County's largest employer.
