For over 38 years I have assisted individuals and businesses in solving complicated problems. As one of the few Chicago suburban attorneys who handles Chapter 11 cases I have worked with many companies and individuals to obtain confirmed plans of reorganization. Small business debtors may not take advantage of the new Chapter 11 provisions under subchapter V of Chapter 11 and get a confirmed Chapter 11 for those who meet the debt caps under this new provision in the Bankruptcy Code.. Additionally, we can provide fresh start to individuals or couples in Chapter 7 Bankruptcies. I have also handled thousands of Chapter 13 cases allowing debtors to reorganize their financial affairs or business to save their homes cars and other propoerty which may be lost if they filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. We have also helped family farmers reorganize and get debt relief under Chapter 12.. In addition to the financial and bankruptcy work I have represented many clients in complicated injury cases and have been successful in recovering millions in settlements and verdicts for seriously injured individuals. These cases involve wrongful death, defective products, medical malpractice, drunk drivers as well as other negligence claims.. I am admitted to practice in the following Federal Jurisdictions:.
