I've obtained sanctions awards of $100,000, $80,000 $67,000, and $50,000 against opposing parties whom I caught lying in court and frustrating the policy of promoting settlement while unnecessarily increasing the cost of litigation.. I have obtained hundreds if not thousands of clients shared custody rights and quality parenting time with their children..
