I provide counsel to nonprofit organizations and foundations on all aspects of nonprofit and tax exempt organizations law, including start-up; obtaining and maintain income tax, property tax and sales tax exemptions; governance and corporate procedures; fiduciary duties of officers and directors; continuing compliance with the complex federal and state regulations applicable to nonprofit organizations and their officers and directors; organizational change, mergers, spin-offs, joint ventures, strategic alliances, creation of subsidiaries and other reorganizations.
