Born and raised in Paris, Arkansas, he attended Arkansas Tech University before getting his law degree at the University of Arkansas. He then moved to Fort Smith, where he and partner, Bennett Nolan, decided to form Nolan Caddell Reynolds in order to help injured and disabled citizens in Arkansas.. While Fred previously practiced other areas of the law, including personal injury, criminal defense, business law and bankruptcy, eventually he decided to focus all of his talents on disability law. Fred is authorized to appear in all state and federal courts in Arkansas and Oklahoma. With his intensive knowledge of disability law and experience in all of these courts, he has had the privilege to help thousands of clients get the benefits they receive.. When not practicing law, Fred likes to hunt, fish, scuba dive and travel. He also enjoys volunteering with local youth organizations such as the Boy Scouts and helping the local Red Cross.
