Scott Herlihy received his undergraduate degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas in 1992, and his J.D. cum laude from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas in 1997. While in law school, Scott was an Editor on the St. Mary's Law Journal and a Staff Writer with honors. He also interned with the Supreme Court of Texas.. Scott is licensed in all Texas state and federal courts, and was selected as a "Rising Star" by Texas Monthly Magazine in 2005 and 2006, an honor bestowed upon less than 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40. He is a member of the State Bar Litigation and Family Law Sections, and a member of the Austin Bar Association Litigation and Family Law Sections..
