They have a ridiculous rule that doesn't allow people that don't work there to even walk in their like park. No wonder why it's always empty and nobody uses it.

If you don't work any company's in said, office buildings they literally pay security to chase you away from the lake / park even though the only mention of it being private is a single tiny sign on one entrance.

I used to work here. Building and facilities are fine. The gym is actually pretty nice. The surrounding area has nice places to walk and a covered area with picnic tables. I'd recommend it if you still have a business where people are not remote.
