About Samuel Kelsall

Mr. Kelsall is the managing partner responsible for the daily operations, management and performance of legal services. When Mr. Kelsall started his practice 15 years ago, he provided legal services focusing mainly on transactional matter and the defense of lawsuits. However, the Firm has diversified its legal practice to include a substantial amount of plaintiffs' work, comprising approximately 50% of the Firm's caseload. To date the most successful area of the Firm's practice has been Plaintiffs' work. The Firm is active in several community groups, including the Chamber of Commerce and is proud to serve members of the Carlsbad community.

“Yet, another crook in an attorney mask!!! I can't comment on his legal abilities but our firm prepared tax returns for him for two years (he signed an authorization requesting that we prepare the returns and approved fees) but AFTER we drafted and he FILED the tax returns with the IRS he refused to pay his bill.”
