Bankruptcy “assets”

Location: California So, 5/25 my gf took out a personal loan. 6/25 My friend was selling her camper and she offered it to me for cheap. My gf ended up paying for the camper. But it’s under my name. Should that be included as assets? Any legal ramifications for not?
