Before being sworn in as an Assistant District Attorney, Todd also gained invaluable insight into the criminal justice system and the legal process through his nearly five years of employment with the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office.. Todd graduated magna cum laude from Charlotte School of Law with his law degree. He also completed undergraduate work at Bowling Green State University, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 2004 and his Master of Science in Criminal Justice in 2005.. When not practicing law, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife Mandy and their three Labrador Retrievers, Charlee, Bentley, and Cleveland.
